sustainable celebrations from the heart! Previously Corina was
co-creator of GreenBiz.com, a leading information resource on aligning
environmental responsibility with business success, and produced

"news-you-can-use." She has an MBA in Sustainable Management from
Presidio School of Management and is Co-Director of PAGE, Professional

After 17 years in the environmental field, including
eight years as a Program Manager for Science Applications International
Corporation, Justine Burt sought a more visible role in the sustainability
community. In Fall 2007, she started her own sustainability strategy
and visioning consulting firm, Justine Burt & Associates. Currently, her major client is Greenwala.com, a
green social media company that is working to make sustainability fun
and cool to light green Americans who are semi-engaged on environmental
issues (check out her blog at http://greenwala.com/?author=4). Building
on her M.A. in Environmental Policy from Tufts University and a B.A. in
Economics, Justine has been a sustainability manager and a change agent
for NASA Ames Research Center and Alameda County's StopWaste.Org.
Married with a seven year old son, Justine enjoys hiking, yoga and
cooking gourmet vegetarian food. Ask for a copy of her Tabbouleh with
Mint and Pistachios recipe to dazzle guests at future dinner parties.
Ivy Chuang holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science
from Emory University and a Master's Degree in Design from Domus
Academy in Milan, Italy. She found her passion in June 2006, when she
started, Knoend (pronounced - "no end"), an ecodesign company committed
to producing well-designed, affordable, environmentally-friendly
housewares and furniture. Knoend (www.knoend.com) now produces 3
products: a no-packaging lamp, a salvaged parachute handbag, and a line
of low, ergonomic rocking seats. Knoend has received domestic and
international media coverage including a recent NY Times feature
article. The lite2go lamp, Knoend's premier product, has been requested
to be featured in Packaging and Design books from publishing houses in
5 different countries. Knoend's driving design principle is
'econnovation' - ecologic economic innovation, meaning that all
projects and products aim to, be good for the planet, good for
economies (and thus, people), and add a new element to the human
experience. Ivy is married and lives in San Francisco CA. She is a
globetrotter, surfer, cook, and occasional gardener. Find out more at
