Stephanie Knight is a therapist dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in the treatment of women and teen girls who are dealing with overwhelming stress in their lives. Stephanie also provides services to those struggling with addictive behaviors. Her interactive workshops focus on skills training for stress and emotion management. Stephanie practices evidence-based practices to treat issues such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and addictions. She is most recognized for her expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which is utilized in many of her trainings and workshops.
