Join YWSE - LA on a Sunday afternoon of creating a visual representation of your dreams and goals for 2012!
Each of us has a personal idea of what kind of life we want to live. Vision boards are a wonderful way to visualize your goals, dreams, and passions and activate the law of attraction into your life. Through creative activities, coaching exercises, ritual and the power of imagination, you will connect to your unique vision and gifts. Engage your sensibilities to help create and manifest the 2012 you want!

About the workshop leader:

Kristine R. Surla has taught Personal Development and Leadership courses in Universities in Asia and Southern California. She holds a Masters Degree from Stanford University and is a Certified Holistic Health Consultant having studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC. As a social entrepreneur, one of her missions is to help inspire women to use business as a force for social good in the world. She brings a wonderful range of experiences and looks forward to connecting your passions and dreams into your daily life.

ABOUT TABBY BIDDLE

Tabby Biddle, M.S. Ed., is a writer, editor, and writing coach dedicated to amplifying the voices of women and girls. She is a regular contributor to the Huffington Post on women’s issues, human rights, and education, and writes the The Goddess Diaries blog where she features women doing work to heal and empower women and girls. As an advocate for the feminine voice, Ms. Biddle works with women entrepreneurs on non-fiction books, articles, and blogs to help them articulate their message, increase their visibility, and gain authority in their field of expertise. Her work has been featured by the Los Angeles Times, USA Today, NPR, Current TV and other online media. She earned her Master’s degree in Education from Bank Street College in New York City, and her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Colby College. SEO Workshop and YWSE-LA Holiday Brunch - Saturday- November 27th @ Cafe Santorini in Pasadena

Join YWSE-LA to learn about how to do business online and learn tips and information about search engine optimization (SEO) for your business website or future website!

Our very own, Mei Huang, will be joining us from New York as the speaker for the event. Mei recently moved to New York to work for Omnicom as a Director of Search Media. Prior to this relocation, she was at Disney Interactive heading up Disney.com site search and SEO domestically and internationally. She also taught and designed the first highly rated class on search optimization at UCLA in 2009. Her educational background includes a B.A. Chinese, B.A. Business, and M.S. Technology. Her dream is to be a professor and a small business owner in the future.

If you want to do business online or want to boost more online traffic to your site, this is a great forum to ask questions, get free advice, have your site reviewed for improvements, and meet other wonderful inspiring business-like minded individuals!

Join YWSE-LA and the Stanford Alumni Network for a private cooking class featuring organic, socially conscious cuisine at a fabulous loft apartment in West Hollywood!

Spork Foods (www.sporkfoods.com) is a gourmet vegan food company specializing in organic, local, and seasonal ingredients. 

We've put together a private event to learn how to make mouth-watering hors d'oeuvres and a delicious drink with the Spork sisters: Heather and Jenny. Special thanks to Lusan Chua for spearheading this event with Kristine Surla!

The Spork Sisters will also share their tips and tricks about being successful gourmet food entrepreneurs.
