Throughout her career, Lotta Alsén has been an agent of change, as an entrepreneur, a CEO, a leader of a non-profit, a writer and public speaker, and as a leadership coach. She has started and led several companies, one of them being a Venture Capitalist-backed Internet Portal for women. Six years ago in Sweden, Ms Alsén created a coaching program, CORE, to empower women to become entrepreneurs, and leaders. This program was funded by the European Union, and the Swedish Government. Since itsinception, it has become an enormous success; currently two thirds of the hundreds of women who go through the program go on to start companies or get promoted. CORE is now licensed in Sweden and in Europe, and is spreading quickly. Lotta Alsén has a Master of Science in International Economics, is a leadership coach, a yoga teacher, a published author and singer.
