Sabrina Hersi Issa
Sabrina Hersi Issa is the Digital Director of Be Bold Media, a multimedia firm that produces online communities, convergence media and digital platforms for social change. Previously, she was the Program Adviser for Afghans for Civil Society, an NGO that developed women's programs and independent media in southern Afghanistan. Prior to launching Be Bold Media, Sabrina worked for Oxfam America, WOSU Public Media and staffed United Nations Association conferences at both the UN Headquarters and the US Department of State. She founded the Washington Chapter of Young Women Social Entrepreneurs and in 2009 was a New Leaders Council fellow. Sabrina is a graduate of Ohio State University.
